  • Managing the NewPhoniaPro subscription (billing, accounting, anti-fraud) -- performance of the contract / legal obligations.
  • Security (fraud prevention, abuse, attacks) -- legitimate interest / legal obligations.
  • Improvement (audience measurement, diagnostics, performance) -- legitimate interest and/or consent depending on the trackers.
  • Communication (Service-related messages, support) -- performance of the contract / legitimate interest.
  • Marketing (if applicable) -- consent or legitimate interest depending on the case and applicable regulations.

4. Recipients

Your data may be accessible to:

  • authorized Ragencia teams;
  • our service providers (hosting, emailing, payment, support) strictly for the performance of their duties;
  • authorities if required by law.

5. Transfers Outside the EU

If certain service providers are located outside the EEA, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) where required. As some of our service providers are located in the United States, including Google and Meta, data transfers are governed by the Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of July 10, 2023).

We retain data for as long as necessary:

  • for the operation of the Account and the Service;
  • for subscription management;
  • for compliance with legal obligations (e.g., accounting);
  • for dispute management.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (access control, encryption where relevant, backups, logging, etc.). As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
